Commercial licenses
Run OpenHockey Engine at your venue. Try one lane free for 30 days, then license each lane by the year. Same installer. Same game. A commercial license makes the use legitimate and keeps every lane updated.
$300 / lane / year

Why a commercial license?
The consumer license is for personal, non-commercial use. A commercial license covers using the game in your business, gives each lane its own key, and keeps the software updated for the term. It also lets us support you properly: we can see which lanes are checking in, replace a lost key, and add a lane without re-keying the whole site.
A commercial lane checks in with our licensing service when the game starts. It needs to reach us at least once every 30 days. If a lane stays offline longer than that, it pauses until it can connect again. A normal venue with working internet never notices.
Questions
What counts as a lane? One playing surface driven by one computer. Two surfaces on one PC are two lanes.
Can I move a key to a new computer? Yes. A key belongs to a lane, not a specific PC. Install the game on the replacement and enter the same key.
What happens at the end of the trial? The key expires at the end of the 30th day unless you buy the annual license. Paying keeps the same key.
Can I add lanes later? Yes. We issue the extra keys at the site's current term and invoice the difference.
Do I need to be online to play? The game works offline, but a commercial lane must check in at least once every 30 days.
